The breakfast, a wonderful selection of items, set the perfect tone for the day. In the evenings, I found myself indulging in the innovative menu du jour, which showcased authentic regional specialties. The terrace overlooking the forests and mountains provided a serene backdrop to savor these delectable dishes. To the culinary experience, guests can take advantage of the nearby bistros and restaurants, such as Bistrot Le Cortal and Restaurant l'Entracte, adding diversity to dining options.Princess Hotel offers a delightful culinary escapade intertwined with a rich historical tapestry that I, as a travel enthusiast and food connoisseur, thoroughly enjoyed.
